You can find your invoices under ‘Financial Overview’ in your menu. Here, you can easily download your invoices and file them in your own administration.

This section is titled ‘These are your invoices’. Every invoice has a different reference number, you can see it as a name for the invoice so that you can keep the invoices apart. Keep in mind that in this overview you will only see your own invoice numbers. Clients have different collective invoice numbers that include multiple invoices from different FreeFlexers. You should be able to find the collective invoice numbers in your own invoices. If you can't find the number there, please make sure to contact our support team.

Your invoices are sorted by date on which the invoice was created, and not by date of your shift. The most recent invoices can be found at the top of the list, and when you scroll down, you’ll see older invoices.

Further to the right from the reference number you will see the amount excluding VAT, the amount you will receive with VAT calculated, and the statuses of payments. Whenever you click on the arrow furthest to the right, you will be able to download your invoices.

​Keep in mind that it is not possible to download the invoices via the app, it is only possible to download them from the browser version of the platform.
